Sketches

Makin' Like Audrey!

This sketch was drawn a few days after
watching the Fred Astaire/Audrey Hepburn
classic "Funny Face". No attempt at a
likeness here, obviously, just an impression
left by the lithe and lovely Ms. Hepburn.

Skidoodles!

Skidoodles. Someday I will do 23 of 'em.

Dust #3

Here is a sneak peek at a new project I have
been working on for a publisher called Dust Press.
It's a Bible based comic series called Dust.

I was brought on board to do the cover pencils
for Issue #2 and full pencils for issues #3 and up.

Below is the cover art for issue #3: Seven Sons.
Inks/colors are by Jack Snider.

Here is an art progression of the opening page.
The credits are the same as above.

Dust #3:Seven Sons is nearing completion
and will soon be available for purchase. It, as
well as Dust #4: The Glory Departed, can be
pre-ordered here.

Tiki Magazine Art Show!

Aloha, Dukes and Wahines!
I am taking part in a big art show sponsored
by Tiki Magazine. The show opens on September 13
at the Planet Rooth Gallery in San Diego.

I will have four original paintings in the show,
including "Tiki Beat A-GoGo".

I am quite honored to have been asked to be involved
in a show like this. There is quite a roster of tiki art
heavyweights gathered for the event and to be counted
among them is amazing. Anyhoo, check out the
ultra-swank show poster below for full details:

Back in the Swing!

Hey there, Guys and Dolls! I'm back in the swing of things!
I got plenty busy for a while and let things hit the big
slow-down. Ya gotta pay the bills, Daddy-o!

Well, things are gettin' back to normalsville and
it's time to get this shindig back up to speed (sort of).

With that in mind, please cast yer viewin' orbs
